There was a small gathering of people waiting for 9am opening. The doors were opened promptly, the local bells were still chiming 9 when the doors opened. 4 members of staff quickly and efficiently dealt with the queue. More importantly, they all seemed happy to be there, lovely!

This is by far the best managed Costa we have been to. Always clean and the staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. It's become our go to coffee shop.

I visited Costa in Wellington Retail Park today and went to get a highchair for my 14month old granddaughter. The first one I got had a broken safety strap that had been knotted together, the second one?s harness been broken and knotted to one of the adjuster clips. Both these highchairs were unsafe because of this. Staff were not really that interested, so left without purchasing anything. This is unacceptable. Safety labels about making sure child is secured with safety straps was still stuck to back of high chair. Both these should not have been in use.

This Costa is fairly average in terms of looks and position (although perfectly pleasant), but what makes it stand out is the staff! My daughter and I tend to end up here when we go shopping, and have therefore visited on various days and at different times. However, all staff are FANTASTIC here. They are extra friendly, and this is obviously genuine - they always have a smile and go over and above to make your visit special. Last time we visited, my daughter had all her shopping in her hands as we had no bag with us, and the lady serving immediately offered a bag to help us. All staff we have met are chatty but professional and go all out to make you feel welcome. We need more of you! Whoever is in charge of hiring staff is doing something right!

Good Costa, comfortable to sit in & outdoor seating, drink prepared as you would expected. However usually quite busy & noisy, not always cleaned up particularly fast.

Not enough high chairs. (2 for the store). As you cater for alot of mums I would have thought high chairs are a necessity. Food and drinks and service are great.

Friendly staff and great coffee as always. Treated myself to a large Mocha after a long day and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Sadly, orders cannot be fulfilled correctly! Nothing can be done when delivered, so milk in an americano for a lactose intolerant person means it went down the drain.

Great Costa, can be tricky to get in and out of the retail park on busy days. Costa gets extremely busy but I always click and collect using the app and get super quick service. Staff nice and premises good with an inside and outside area.

Have used this Costa a few times. Friendly staff. Working really hard over the recent 50p promotion. Usual Costa fare. The last order I made had 1 inaccuracy so have marked down a star. Have always had to queue but that pretty standard for Costa in my opinion. Plenty of free parking as in retail park so can drive right up. Has click and collect but I have not used at this branch.

First visit to this costa for several months and now only available for takeaways since latest restrictions.\\nPlenty of signage as well as sanitiser at the entrance. Easy to follow queue and quick service for breakfast and coffee takeaway. Staff were pleasant and efficient and there were 2 collection points set up. Good to see all the festive choices too. Settled for a bacon bap and flat white. Both were very good as usual. A pleasant pit stop.
