The service is only good when certain staff are working, there is one young lady there with glasses who has an appalling attitude and the staff always seem to be having to do hee woek load aa well as their own when we were there on Sunday a guest had ordered food to eat in and didn't hear her call them so threw the food down on the counter, eventually a lovely young lady saw the food on the counter and took it over to the guest. This behaviour is unacceptable from staff

My family visit this Costa more than once a week staff are always friendly polite and helpful don't often have food but the hot drinks are lovely soya and oat milk available we dont find it very noisy good place for a chat and a catch up very welcoming.

Staffed by very friendly, helpful and competent people, indeed. Set in a semi rural location. With a roofed, seated area outside. The general atmosphere is conducive to both body and mind. With views of a beautiful, wooded area : Queens Enclosure. You can safely cross the road. And breath good, fresh air. See some wildlife and stretch your legs.
