I was greeted by a young man named Harry with long hair, he was very helpful in finding some badminton rackets and gave me advice on how to play. He even went the extra mile to go and check in the back for rackets. Absolute credit to the team. Give him a raise

Very good, great selection, reasonably priced, didn't notice any social housing folk walking around in pyjamas and slippers and not too many feral screaming brats.

Reasonable spot for a coffee, fairly comfortable inside. Bit of a wait to be served, but items good value. Inside is reasonable clean and well maintained.

Morning, be very careful them try to sale product already refused by other customers or in sale with a full price . Is a doggy place , I refuse to take the product and the customer service Sharon tell me off asking for refund . Shop manager need to do training to reduce this kind of incidents . I was not happy , this product was supposed to be a birthday present for my wife . Now I have to order from Amazon . Shame . I not use that shop anymore .I use different one .

I returned a faulty sat nav and was served by Dolsey who after doing my refund then looked to help me find a more secure fitting one. She delivered excellent customer service and went above and beyond, a total credit to argos Waterlooville. Thank you.

Today, whilst collecting some bedding from Argos I was assisted by an extremely helpful member of staff. Unfortunately I didn?t make a note of her name. She went beyond her expected role and spent time assisting me to redeem Nectar points on my purchase.I would like the Management team to be made aware of her diligence as she is a great asset to their Company.Personally I wish to thank her for her courteous and helpful manner.Kind regards.C S.

Purchased a TV yesterday online on behalf of a senior gentleman friend of mine.Was delivered last night. It was faulty. Spent 40 mins on the phone to their "help line" this morning to be told they would send a refurbished tv!!!! Er....don't think so! Spoke to Ted on the phone at the store for a full refund as per consumer rights ..Took said tv back. Ted was the loveliest chap and he and the female colleagues could not have been more helpful. A credit to Argos. Really lovely guys and helped me choose a different TV. Top service. Thank you ?

Came here for some tea and cake with my daughter. Was served a pint of tea which wasn?t very nice and my scone was dry and stale. Asked for some butter and was served a small tub of margarine. I don?t think the staff actually care.

Ordered a breakfast , sitting with a friend awaiting our order , we paid separately, but our order went together and cashier used the same table number . One breakfast arrived , although two were on her tray , when i questioned if that was mine , she said no , it was for another table number, asked for my receipt , stupidly to save paper i didn't have one. She said she would look see if there was a breakfast for me . And said if not i would have to buy another , that comment made me angry ,not a very nice thing to say . It was pretty obvious i had ordered and paid for a meal as i had cutlery and a mug of tea . What was she implying . So i went to the cashier desk to verify my order , she confirmed my order was placed . On walking back to my table the waitress came out with my order shouting at the top of her voice i said i would look she said . That may well be , I asked her not to be so rude and shout she answered me back . I felt it was not at all nice to talk to me like that , it required a complaint. You do that she replied . After all that the breakfast wasn't the best i have had . No where to place your tray when leaving all trolleys full . So clearly short staffed and work load too much for some . Will certainly wont go there again .
