If i could give this zero starts i honestly would. This trader should have his business removed. Where do i begin?.. i bought the car in March 2023 the car had a clean MOT and was sold as new clutch, flywheel, turbo. The car drove no more than 3000miles and completely lost all drive. After speaking with terry he suggested to put it in to a local garage and let the warranty cover the repair. However the warranty would only prepared to cover a specific amount, i was not prepared to pay the short fall, and what i can only see was Terry dragging his heels to move the vehicle out of its 6month warranty period. 3 months later (now October) he instructed me if i wanted the repair done i would have to get the car to his garage myself at my own expense. The car was fixed and returned to me and failed again within 3 days. after a lengthy battle of threatening court action the vehicle was returned to me in January 2024. i have video evidence of him forcing the keys through my letter box and running away, i have numerous emails and evidence if anyone wishes to see please feel free to email me and i will happily share. Avoid this seller at all cost, he has caused nothing but stress to me over a yearly period and made a huge loss (3k) on selling the car as its pretty much scrap. He was even petty enough to drain my diesel tank and remove 1 x wheel nut from each wheel 2 days before my MOT expired. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Bought a Ford Fiesta at the end of October from this garage. Apparently it passed MOT at beginning of October. However, I started hearing knocking noises around Dec. Took it to my local garage to be shown all the faults with its suspension, rust/corrosion, dodgy welding and leaks in boot. Cost of repairs will total £1350! I purchased the car for £1795. My garage told me it should never have passed the MOT! Don't buy from here unless you are willing to pay for full inspection from an independent advisor. I have tried contacting sellar several times over the period, left voice messages and never got a call back.

Not to be trusted. I got my Audi A1 and was told they repaired the suspension arms. Received the car with a broken spring and old suspension arms that wasn?t fixed. I had to pay to get this fixed back in August and billed them, which I still HAVE NOT received. Everytime I phone they tell me they will do it, and don?t!

Not to be trusted. Make promises they dont deliver on. Repeatedly promised to pay 6 months car tax, finally issued by cheque, the cheque bounced twice and when chased for a replacement payment, losts of promises, no receipt of payment. Do not trust this company.

I went in just to have a look at what they had , and terry seemed very helpful , but very quickly became rude and unprofessional I don?t know a lot about cars and he knew that and took advantage ,he told me a lot of rubbish , after he said he ?you don?t know what your talking about ? I asked if I could speak with someone else and Kai wasn?t much help either , so I left , therefore I will not return and half the cars they had on the court were auctioned rubbish !!!

Was told we could get a refundable deposit, we pull out of the car after being mislead about the body work and paint as well as service history of the car, terry refused to give refund, had to take it through my credit card company, very horrible and hostile man to deal with on the phone as well in person would not recommend always trying to do people over with there cars the but from auction and re sell for profit but misleading there customers with what?s wrong with the car

Well what can i say it was one of the best experiences buying off of someone i had never met before.Terry is a great guy and will do his upmost and more to help you get what you want in a car . He was honest and reliable and my car which i bought was delivered to me before time expected . I wanted to know everything about this car and was forever ringing to ask silly questions he always answered he was never fazed. I would recommend this guy to anyone who wants to buy a good 2ndhand car i love my sportage everything i wanted and more thanks Tel :)

I bought a car at 40,000 miles. Was delivered to me with 70,000 miles, Terry stated he would fix the issue but hasn't. Basically got cheated.

No hard sales. The cars are all in great condition and speak for themselves. Test drove 3, found the one I wanted and Gold Star warranties available for a decent price. Would recommend.

My fault too I bought it on trust over the phone the jaguar but it got delivered I feel the car has shown few problems which I have not been told over the phone. ANYWAY BEST OF LUCK TO COMPANY, ABIT DISAPPOINTED.
