Absolutely shocked at how appalling I was treated. Went in at 13.30 for a dry cut, in the chair at 13.35 then total time the spent hacking at my hair was 10 minutes (that included me saying I wanted them to even out the front as they cut it uneven - I gave up even bothering to ask them to fix the rest as it was so bad)...... read full comment
