The best and most efficient surgery that I have ever used.\\nThe staff are very welcoming, friendly, and professional.\\nThe surgery is clean, and it has a number of different treatments on offer as well as numerous doctors to choose from.\\nThe booking in system is efficient and you have to wear a mask whilst on the premises.\\n\\nThere are some pre-bookable appointments, and you can also call from 08:00 hrs to try and get an appointment on the day.\\n\\nUnfortunately, the 8am call is next to impossible to get through on. You can be number 27 in the queue by the time the phone system has given out all the information and advice that it has to do. Usually, it's not worth calling because the system doesn't prioritise the calls.\\nEveryone who's calling wants an appointment, which can be very, very stressful and difficult to get.\\n\\nAll of the staff are very well presented and provide an excellent quality of service at all times.\\n\\nSometimes a doctor may over run, I would rather wait, the person obviously has a problem that is very difficult or distressing for them and they may need that few extra minutes to get the right help.\\n\\nIt will state whether or not your doctor is running on time or not.\\n\\nI have nothing but positive feedback to give, especially as I have needed extra help in the past and it definitely made all the difference to me. I didn't feel like I was just another patient but a person.\\n\\nThey definitely have and continue to give a superb, effective and efficient service in these challenging times.\\n\\nI would definitely recommend this Surgery to anyone who lives local.\\n\\nThey do lot's of other services including blood tests and blood pressure tests. Diabetic clinic and many more.\\n\\nIt has been less crowded since Covid because you can have a phone consultation or a face to face appointment depending on what you suffer from.\\n\\nI can honestly say that this surgery and the doctors that I've seen have literally saved my life, and I continue to get regular support from my GP.

I?ve actually had enough to be honest. The reception desk people are rude as anything blaming patients and taking no responsibility or accountability for anything. The reception desk also have no idea what they are doing the young girl on the desk literally doesn?t have any idea and needs better training. The older women are just rude. Sick of it.

Testvale surgery like others stated used to be a great practice, now I can't get an app for love nor money I ring at 8 wait in a 20 strong queue to be told there's not any app's left. Trying to get a pre bookable routine is just as awful I've been told a month the nearest.. a month! I've heard alot of docs still working from home that's partly why it's so bad come on stop using covid as an excuse now. Pull your finger out.

This used to be a good practice once upon a time. I filled in the online form and it said it couldn?t help online and that I needed to see someone. So I called and the receptionist was rude and not helpful at all and said no appointments today available. I?d been seeing on social media a number of complaints about how rude the receptionist and bad the service has become and the no appointments ever available but only experienced this myself today being I don?t rarely go to see a doctor. What?s happened Testvale? You used to be such a good surgery

Absolutely shocking everytime we ring them for appointment we get the same old story "We don't have any appointments" and the receptionists are also rude.

Following reports regarding some people's reactions to the autumn covid booster vaccination, I asked my doctor to advise me as to whether it was safe for me to have it and my 'flu vaccination together, bearing in mind my heart and lung issues. She referred my query to the Pharmacy Team. The result was that I should leave a minimum of three days between each "jab". I allowed a week, and am delighted to report that, apart from a slightly tender upper arm during the night following the covid jab, I had no side effects whatsoever after either jab. Thank you Testvale Surgery.

Just awful, (will be writing formal complaint), luckily enough not my normal surgery, however, I was referred for a physio appointment. The chap I was seen by was totally unprofessional, & attitude even worse, spoke down to my like a child, & more interested in typing on his computer, (didn't even bother examining properly what I went in for!). Luckily I have now been seen by a much more professional at my normal surgery, & immediately referred me for an x-ray & sent link for proper physio sessions. Hopefully will never have to go back here?
