Just for the cash point. Very dodgy. Tried to withdraw 20, didn't process and said It won't charge my card. It charged my card. Tried again and actually got the money so taking a 20 out cost me 40. Stellar service

A couple of rude staff work here talk about customers behind their backs and suppose to be a charity understanding people that are homeless don't think so
A homeless went in not smelling great as they don't and can't help it either and they down grade them more or scared to serve them because of the smell and they are talking to their friends about it too that come in to the store not very professional at all will be reporting it all to head office as I have three diaries full of names and stuff they have been upto too they rather mess about and slag people off then do their job or might go to the local newspaper too if nothing is improved or done about it

I?m sorry to type this but when I entered this morning, around 7 ish there was an elderly lady behind the counter. She was very rude to me and rolled her eyes at me when I was trying to small talk with her. I thought it?s best to let you guys know as I saw her being very rude to other customers. I?d say 5ft 6 and grey almost curly hair. Thank you xxxx
