Manager was disrespectful to me and caused an argument on Christmas Eve while I was picking up my medication. He was rude to me in front of other customers.

I?ve been picking up medication for months from many different pharmacies for my ADHD all for under £90. When politely asking the manager there why the price was over double from his pharmacy, he got particularly rude with me and even brought another customer into our dispute which is highly unprofessional in my opinion since I didn?t want people I don?t know knowing about my condition. I went up the road to AR Pharmacy next to Asda in totton and they gave me my pre-scripted medication for the regular price and were very helpful.

I had a bad eye infection the pharmacist took me to a private room and prescribed antibiotics for me, 3 days later I had personal call from the pharmacist to make sure things are improving which they are. Amazing service from someone who cares. Thank you

We were desperately trying to get hold of prescription medicines for a terminally ill family member. This chemist went above and beyond in helping us get what we needed. They were kind and patient and ordered what they didn?t have in for us to collect the next day.
We had a very long list but the pharmacist was empathetic and couldn?t do enough to help.

I've just visited this pharmacy as I have a possible UTI and are on our way to Southampton dock for a cruise. The pharmacist was so helpful and prescribed me an antibiotic and some other meds to help. I'm really impressed with them all. Thank you.

I have been using this pharmacy in Totton for some years now, first it was for my mother-in-law?s medication and have never ever had to feel the need to complain as the staff there, are very welcoming & friendly always polite and happy to assist. The pharmacist himself is again one of a very few pharmacists I have come across, whom I have found easy to talk to & seek health advice from.My wife & I now order all our medication needs from them without hesitation.
