Slowest customer service I have ever encountered..two advisor?s.. same two clients at each for 15 mins !!! Six people
in queue in front of me .. only had a simple transaction to make .. gave up in the end . Will now have to make another trip to do what I need to .. if people have in depth queries about their accounts why can?t they be taken into the back room and have privacy . Most people don?t have all day to stand in a queue . Not just a one off either .. this branch is always as slow . Beggars belief really in this day and age of computerised systems !! Terrible inefficiency

My daughter's account is blocked for a month !
No reason given,unable to withdraw any funds,staff members completely clueless what's going on !
The Totton branch is casually closed for a whole day every so often. No explanation given,just because they feel like it.
And their cash machine won't give you a deposit slip nine out of ten times I try so I have to go to the Shirley branch.
Will be closing this account and my own personal one after such experience.
Unbelievably low level of customer service !!!

Staff are helpful. It gets awfully busy was waiting over 40minutes recently I didn?t have time to wait any longer. Opening hours are reduced so it?s hard enough to get in anyway. Please don?t close this branch

Great bank, been with them for ages, quick to get a new bank card because I always loose mine + the atm deposits are fab always use it. One of the only banks left in totton thankfully

Always helpful there and courteous. I don't use it as often as I did since covid changed the way I bank now. I would hate it to ever close like so many others in Totton. We need our banks.
