Main Burger (Philly Cheese) was missing from delivery order.
At over £8.50 for this meal to just receive chips and a drink is awful especially considering the partial refund they offer through the app is only around £2.30, a replacement of the burger in store would cost me over £7.
the kids burgers had extras added like sandwich sauce and extra cheese and these were well cooked, not missing a single thing and arrived fresh which is usually the case from this store but not receiving the most expensive item from the whole order this time makes this particular McDonald?s one I won?t frequent nor order from again.

Standard McDonald's - basic burgers with very little to recommend them, insipid chips that come across as boiled rather than fried. The food is cold as soon as it leaves the kitchen. It's McDonald's, kids love it, adults really should know better.

Just had my order delivered to the wrong address. Had to retrieve it myself while not well hence ordering my children's dinner to be delivered. Food just left on a doorstep rather than ringing a bell, which would have alerted the driver to being at the wrong house. Rang McDonald's who didn't want to know. Absolutely disgraceful service. Avoid Avoid!!
