security black nigerian male with face mask followed to customer all the way in the shop, told to custumer that he stole something but he was going to cashier to pay for his groceries, security phisically abused customer. He shouldnt work there, he treats some custumers like second class people. Should report this to the police.

Terrible version of this chain. No self service checkouts and the queue management is dire. I avoid if at all possible now because of this.

No baskets at the entrance of store. Walked the complete length of store where all baskets were pulled high at till one. The security guard was just standing there so I pointed out to him there were no baskets at the entrance to the store. He replied, aggressively, that it was not his job.
A great ambassador to your store Lidl.
