I had a warranty bike swap and Adam helped with the transition of receiving my new bike and made the process very easy and with great communication. When I collected the bike Adam gave me great advice about how to maintain my bike at home. Amazing service would recommend to everyone.

Absolutely fantastic service from the guys here.
Went in without an appointment to get my inner tube replaced. They ended up indexing my gears and just checking over my bike way beyond closing time.
Collected my other bike after a major service and rides like new (she?s 9yrs old).
I can?t recommend them more highly if I tried.
They really are the most approachable bike shop in the world!

Tonight I was on my last big training ride before an event next Sunday when I noticed my left power pedal was broken. I went into the Totton branch and Jack spent 15 mins fixing it with me, even looking up the recommended torque setting for the offending bolt and didn?t charge me for his time. As a result I was back on the road and ready for next weekend. Great service. Thank you Jack, made my ride possible.

Went in to Totton store to book bike in as the gears were not aligned properly.
They did not have room for a while but Adam had a quick look and was able to tighten rear cassette and adjust tension while I waited.
Very helpful and kind of him to do it. Would absolutely recommend the staff and the shop.
