Café is never ever open but products in the store are good prices.

The cafe Not at all friendly . Filthy counters where drinks are dispensed. Generally unkemp and awful atmosphere . Very dissatisfied.
However the actual Store staff are amazing helpful and run off their feet . Can?t fault them . However The owners of the cafe compass need to make more of an effort ?

I have 2 issues with Asda Totton where over the year I spend ridiculous amounts of money. Yesterday, admittedly from the reduced section I bought a leg of lamb for £8. I live across the road, so that lamb was fridge to fridge in 10 minutes. Today I cooked it an the second I sliced a piece off and tasted it I nearly vomited. It was bad meat, and went straight in the bin. Secondly their home delivery staff, with those huge trollies do not respect the other shoppers. They force themselves past you and are only concerned with their trollies. They are completely ignorant to the other shoppers. I might live across the road and spend thousands in a year. But I've had enough and am going to Morrisons.

Standing at the kiosk to buy something and 3 female staff members talk among themselves about who is going to leave shift a bit earlier not even acknowledging a paying customer. I just walked away disgusted by the customer service!

Horrible store and horrible rude miserable staff especially one called lisa at self check out! i was not even finished my shopping till she went on about bags i wasn?t sure how many id use id normally add on at the end.. not to mention going through my whole bag when the bagging area was flashing she could see the item it was and she could also see id scanned all my items as she was stood over my shoulder making me feel very uncomfortable the whole time not to mention being that close to me she probably saw personal bank information on my phone when i?m trying to make my payment i could not believe the invasion of space and the way she tried inclining i hadn?t scanned something, Complaint has been made i should not be made to feel that uncomfortable while trying to do a bit off shopping it has not been the first time lisa has been rude to me! having a child with me obviously makes me a target to these people i work full time in a higher position to you might i add there LISA and i pay my way! Think I?ll stick to M&S now and Sainsbury?s now.

The click and collect service is terrible. I waited in a queue over 20 minutes to collect my order. It would have been quicker to go in to the store. Unfortunately this is not an isolated occasion. I regularly have to wait for a long time to collect. The staff have no sense of urgency or concept there is a long queue.Really disappointing.

Plenty of parking (at 6pm ish) Got what I needed quickly & got through self checkout without issue. Store is well lit & a reasonable temperature throughout.

I went into Asda in Totton needing help with a parcel. I spoke to Kevin on the phone who was super; very friendly, professional and helpful. I then arrived and met Carly who also helped me alongside Kevin. They both went above and beyond for me in order to help me. The level of service I received from both Kevin and Carly was exceptional. They are both a credit to the company ?? thank you both.

2/3 place click collect busy by asda workers, but custemrs must wait more than 30 min. you should prohibit your workers make shoping in work time if they dont have time for customers. very rude and agressive men to kick out

My friends bought me some light orange coloured roses from Asda and I can honestly say they are the best roses I have ever had. They have opened up beautifully and the colour is stunning. So often roses just stay as buds but not these. I would have posted a picture if there had been the facility
