I collected something on 24th July. The store manager served me. He was friendly and got my item immediately. It was an all round great experience. A while since I?ve experienced such good customer service.

Went to the Totton store on the 29th to pick up a trampoline - Gavin the store manager could not have been more helpful, when we realised it didn?t fit in the car - great service all round, brilliant customer service that was completely unprompted and was totally genuine

Absolutely useless. Ordered a watch waited five days to go pick it up and then they cancel my order with no explanation

Warning they do not accept returns when the item is unused, fully working aand resealable. Amazon is a much better choice. They will be out of business very soon treating customers poorly.

Easy parking and a good selection of products

Incomplete order(part missing) . Website directed me to phone the call centre which was a waste of time as they referred me to local store. When I got through to Totton spoke to Gavin who could not have been more professional and helpful. Argos HQ in my experience is staffed by numpties but the local store has friendly, cheerful and efficient staff.

They No longer stock thermal paste, another wasted journey :-( Oh, and neither do Currys, there's is only available to purchase online.

Not helpful, bought something doesn?t realise return item from different branch n refused for the exchange, have to go back where u buy. luckily get exchange from different branch without asking a question. Young Lady staff look different to us when I walk in for some misunderstanding for the first time my brother work in. If Argos refuses to exchange pls clearly inform all ur customers before selling return item to avoid going back 30mile for £10.
