Expectional customer service. Ordered a pair of boots on Tuesday, was contacted by the manager on Wednesday to say there was a stock error and the boots I ordered where out of stock. With a 5 minute phone call Russell found a pair in my size so I could order them there and then. Got home today to find they had been delivered. Will definitely be using all clothing again in the future.

Terrible!! They shipped directly from the manufacturer as my item was not a stocked product.. took £13 off me for express delivery 1-3days... told me they was being shipped with DHL but didn?t.. haven?t got a 1hr time slot with DPD so being delivered between 7am-10pm to a construction site which closes at 5pm.. spoke to Calum numerous times to sort this out and the same keeps happening. Said he was going to call me back or email me but absolutely nothing. After all these issues he said he would sort it by arranging a Saturday express delivery but no tracking number insight and DPD are not aware of a delivery to me.. if I haven?t got these by Monday I will just cancel the order and shop elsewhere!! Please be cautious when ordering from here

Ordered a pair of safety shoes but unfortunately they were having supply issues so I received a lovely email saying they would be delayed and also the option to cancel in which I did the refund was immediately given and the customer support is brilliant I've seen another pair so I'm going to wait for them to become available.....

They've got parking and I was able to try on a pair of work trousers which fit. Calam was very helpful.
Only downside was that they didn't have a huge range in stock.
