Kate is a wonderful therapist who knows a lot about what she does, she instantly put me at ease and made me feel very welcome in her salon/cabin.. Kate spoke openly about the process as she did the treatment and would endeavour to make sure I was OK throughout. I went to practical beauty for an eyelash lift and tint - I was so surprised at how lovely my eye lashes looked. I felt like I didn?t have to wear mascara and they have lasted so long! When I arrived kate was very friendly and welcoming. The summer house was lovely and looked clean and professional - Kate was reassuring and talked me through everything she was doing.
