A takeaway meal delivered on Sat 7thdec not only late but stone cold and unable to be eaten,despite complaining at the time I have been charged for the meal disgraceful service and against all food hygiene regulations.

We used to get this delivered when we lived in bramley and it was lush.. tho the week day balti had a lot more taste than the weekend delivery so thinking maybe two different chefs..now moved back to Basingstoke we tried several places for a balti and none have come close to how tasty this one is.. it?s definitely our favourite Indian takeaway by far . Highly recommend

Hi Guys. Food is really nice really like it only thing is if you could reduce your delivery charges than it will be good. I mean i appreciate the effort but paying £5 for a an order I guess is too much.The other thing I need to mention is last time I ordered Chicken Burger with Extra portions of chips the order was ok but when I ordered exact same order I didn?t get the chips with the burger as a side as I get last time whereas I did get my extra portion of chips

Nice food nothing special. I wouldn?t order anything lamb as it?s so hard and chewy. The wait for delivery is 90 minutes every time. Never seen this before. The people who work there are lovely though.

I've been ordering regularly from New Standard Tandoori since I moved here from London, 13 years ago.The food is absolutely delicious.My partner deejay's everywhere and we really love curries, so we get to try alot of tandoori's across the UK but genuinely, the Dragon Paneer from NST is my favourite ever (thank me later)!! Yummy ?? Lovely authentic food and a lovely family business.Will always recommend.*Update* 20.11.22Tried their new paneer starter this evening 'Paneer 65'STUNNING!!!

Been using these guys about 4 years, but unfortunately no longer after recent events. This is the second time where a main item has been missing from an order, meaning we have to wait for this to be delivered before we can eat our food (which is stone cold by the time the missing main is delivered) .. not acceptable when it?s already a long wait in the first place. In tonight?s missing main there was a thick black hair, but due to chaos we?d already had this evening, I could not be bothered to once again contact the new standard to resolve this and ended up having to reorder elsewhere! 100% will never order again from here.. such a shame as used to be a brilliant takeaway.
