Visited this course a few weekends ago with a few buddies of mine, visually looks good a nice clubhouse overlooking a well kept 1st and 9th hole. i then visited the pro shop located beneath the clubhouse balcony. immediately i felt unwelcome as the miserable old bastard behind the counter asked me ?what do you want?. Good morning too. i was then hassled because i didn?t book a tee time even though the course was empty?? eventually i was released and allowed by the man in the pro shop to play. round was great greens well kept, good variety, just maybe a bit of welcoming and general kindness would be nice next time mr happy in the pro shop. we all know your only there for the free membership buddy.

On two occasions I have visited the club after work with some work colleagues. On both occasions we were greeted by a man in the pro shop who was rude and dismissive. We hadn?t booked a tee off to be fair but ?what do you want?? as a welcome isn?t very nice. Never again sir!

Friends reunited, A thoroughly enjoyable day at this years Am Am charity event. This lot got 4 pars on the 1st ?but couldn?t challenge for the prizes.(Team score 93)Loved the barbecue, band & dancing into the early hours?. Book us in for next years event ?

Popped in to Bishopswood golf course today my husband used to play there back in the 90s. Had a drink and a ham and cheese tostie and some chips. The food was freshly cooked and very tastie. My husband was pleased to see his name was still up on the board from 1998 R Pike.

A recent invitation to lunch on the Balcony Bar which was most enjoyable only to be spoilt by I suspect a non playing 'team captain', collecting round score cards & money arrogantly wafting his vape smoke totally ignoring the displayed 'No Smoking' signs.Is this a case of "rules for you but not for me", most inconsiderate & imo this member should be spoken to. the gentleman who was serving at the reception did not want to sell a golf token for the driving range to a 10-year-old boy because he said it was five minutes too late on my phone It was 6:25 and he said it was 6:30 and walked off very rude. He didn?t care about the future of golf trying to keep kids playing

Previous golf club I was a member and past captain of.Only not a member anymore due to living miles away now.Great course,friendly staff, and fantastic members. I'll be back on my return to Tadley. We'll worth a visit.

Review for the driving range: most expensive one I've ever been to at £12.30 for 90 balls. You would expect them to be pretty premium range balls for that but again were some of the worst quality I have used on a range.
