One lady in particular with glasses and dark hair was extremely rude to me and my partner. Really lets this store down.

Terrible staff. Manager who was dealing with the changing rooms was extremely rude. Size didn't fit so I told her. She made me put it back on the hanger like i worked there. Think she was racist. Will be making a complaint.

Two tills open. Long queue. One till specifically for returns but used for sales if you are returning something you have priority over the rest of us patiently waiting for ages and go straight to the front of the queue and everyone else has to wait!!!!! Zara THIS IS UNFAIR!!!!

Not only are the staff so rude, they are so unwelcoming. One lady in specific was exceptionally rude to my mum, she opened a door directly in front of her face and said ?yeah there?s a door there?. Saw a lot of female staff giggling and whispering to one another. All so stuck up and need to get off their high horse.

Horrendous attitude by staff members working 1st April. Namely both the male staff members working. They had one dress left in my size but was covered in stains and had a small tear. I asked if there was a possibility of a small reduction as needed it for an event the next day. Was rudely dismissed and told they?ll just sell it to the next person who won?t care about it.

I?ve always loved Zara, but unfortunately, the staff at this branch have completely put me off from shopping here again. Last Sunday, I wanted to try on several clothes, but the line for the women?s changing rooms was so long. Since the men?s changing rooms were completely empty, I asked if I could use them. Three staff members were chatting in front of the men?s section, and when I politely explained the situation, they were extremely rude. Instead of explaining why I couldn?t use the men?s changing room, they raised their voices at me. Needless to say, I left without buying anything. It?s such a shame that Zara would have such unprofessional staff.

Lovely clothes but terrible customer service (apart from the chap monitoring the changing rooms). Hardly any staff serving. Long queues at in the adult section so went to the children?s desk. Spent a good 20 minutes waiting for a surly lady to serve me. Zero apologies for the waiting time. Not worth the purchase.

Absolute shocking returns policy and attitude of till staff is unbelievable. Manager was polite only member of staff that was ! But still useless. I will never spend another penny with this shop not that I think they will care going by the lack of interest in store today. Had an item purchased for me for Xmas only just had a chance to return and their policy was only until 31st Dec. Staff on till argued with me and tried to make me exchange for another item I did not want in exchange and had no interest in assisting. They radiod a manager who couldn?t even be bothered to come to the till. I eventually found a manager myself and although he was polite had no Interest in actually resolving the problem. Never have I ever experienced such attitude from staff except manager and such poor returns policy.
Go use a descent company for your clothes spend your money with a company who cares.
