Good food if a bit expensive but I suppose that?s eating out these days. The children enjoyed watching the kitchen in action and?., a conveyor belt bringing food?? Result! Background sound of the shopping centre makes for a nice atmosphere. If Mr. Front of house had paid more attention to his customers and less time talking to his mates it would have much improved the visit.

Very nice Japanese Eatery in WestQuay Mall. We were happy with the service. The food was good although they can do better in my opinion.

I saw a lot of chain restaurants and they were MC Donald's , Pizza Hut , Pizza Express , Nandos and American Diner apart from the food aspect there were a lot of shops to go shopping It was an absolutely fantastic place for shopping for friends and family.

Overpriced and not as much fun as it used to be.I understand the reasons for not having random plates pass by on a conveyor but that was a big part of YO! Sushi's charm. Now it's just another eatery reliant on QR codes and apps. The soul seems to have been sucked out of it.Of course the food is still good. It is more expensive than it should be but I wouldn't mind paying extra if the experience was worth it. Sadly, it simply isn't any longer.

Used to eat here a lot. The staff have been and still are great. Food is good.Unfortunately for the price (we ordered Katsu curry, beef teriyaki, a mixed platter consisting of 12 pieces of sushi and one coke at a cost of £45!) it's not the fun experience it was once. The food is only placed on the conveyor after you order on the app. Part of the experience used to be being able to see dishes travel round and try something you might not have thought about trying. Definitely not as good as it used to be :(

I?ve been there today, the restaurant was not busy, the manager/receptionist was sitting didn?t even care to come and welcome guests just shout if the guests new how everything works.Had my sit at the counter? regretted that for everything that I saw the staff doing.First one lady that was going to break came to the kitchen area with her hai down, jacket etcSecond apparently a ?chef? arrived, came to wash his hands? without soap just passed the hands in the water, yuck!!!Following this very good food and higiene manners he started to wash the frying pans the same way he washed his hands but now with the sponge that was inside de sink with food and loads of food waste! GROSSBy this time and couldn?t order or eat anything else there. After all this came another lady to fill the soy sauce glass with a jug that was with a clingy film not suspicious at all!!!Sad I can?t post vídeos with this rating, otherwise you all could see the amazing higiene

We hadn't booked a table, was told by a a member of staff, who has pink hair, that there would be a table available for us in 45 minutes - and also informed us that they would make sure that the designated table has enough space for our pram. When we returned 45 minutes later, the same member of staff told us that it wasn't a pram friendly restaurant and that we wouldn't be able to take the pram through to our table. The sit down tables are not appropriately sized for carry cots either. So we carried our baby through.Scanning the QR code to order was not straight forward, we selected our items, then the web page expired. My partner then ordered on their phone. When we finally got our food half was from when I had ordered and half was from my partners order. We explained this to a fantastic member of staff, Ryan, who helped to clarify our order and made sure that we were taken care of for the remainder of our time at YO!The food arrives on a carousel, however is not covered, raising huge concerns over hygiene, particularly after a pandemic!!Five out of five for Ryan. But unfortunately we will never be returning to this restaurant.Vegetarian options: Vegan options also.Kid-friendliness: Not child friendly, due to lack of space.

Food was good. However service was abysmal. We ordered 2 duck roll portions. Both turned up to our table, but waitress seemed to think we only ordered one and accused us of stealing food. When another dish didn?t turn up, we asked for some help, only for them to roll their eyes at us, stating that we shouldn?t be helped as we had taken food. Additionally, the chef team all seemed bored and as if they would rather be anywhere else! There was one guy there that was really helpful, but if it wasn?t for him, then it would have been one of the worst dining experiences I?ve had ever.

I enjoy the low hassle of the new service set-up. You're not rushed to order when someone comes to your table, you do it all yourself. The ordering online is also helpful because you can see how much you're spending, without waiting for a final bill. The staff are always helpful, and the one time I was waiting a long while for a dish, they made sure it was put to priority. The booths are very nice, but dont expect to sit in one on a busy day/time. Make sure you'll be okay at the bar. Though the seating at the bar isn't bad, and you get the bonus of the food being cooked. The online menu could be organised better, but for people unfamiliar with the menu, it's still very good. The Korean fried chicken and yo!fries are my current favourites, I would definitely recommend. But if you really dont like spicy things, dont get them.

It's OK, the quality of food varys from dish to dish, some plates taste great others like supermarket sushi.I wouldn't class it as a proper sushi restaurant, not authentic, more like a fast food version of sushi but that's more or less how it's presented so fair enough.Recently changed how the train works from taking what you like to only what you've ordered which is a step down as is the new QR method of ordering.
