Affordable but not cheaper than other supermarkets.
Not a lot of parking, kind of cramped?
Lady at the counter is not mature enough to co-operate with customers, seems irritated and annoyed. She does not even say 'hello' like???
Barely seen themselves reply to negative reviews.
Good area to shop in.

I've been a returning customer for years now and your customer service is excellent! Great selection at really reasonable prices and always delivered the next day. I have not visited any of the shops but their online service is next to none.

The first time I visited, the cashier told me that points could not be accumulated in-store and that I needed to apply online. The second time, I was told that online applications were only for online shopping, and that in-store purchases didn?t have a points card. They also said the owner was too busy to provide one.
If you are promoting a points system, you should either ensure that customers can actually use it or stop advertising it. Customers have plenty of choices; your store is not the only option. Even though the points earned from spending hundreds of pounds were minimal, shouldn?t new customers be valued a bit more?
I don?t think I?ll be visiting for a third time.

Great Chinese supermarket, always well stocked, cheaper than normal supermarket. Staff always very friendly - I just wish I knew how to use more of the interesting things they sell!
