DO NOT DO A KITCHEN RENOVATION FROM HERE. They are fine up until after you have signed it off. Josey promised many things that was going to be included, and then when it came down to it, the contractors had no idea and then we had to pay more to get what we wanted. This is a long story short. And then we explained the tap we wanted and we were also told we would get that too but then we had to pay extra eventhough it was included in the contract! Josey is a money grab, which makes sense as they work on commission. Don?t bother ringing customer services as they will put u on hold, not answer you, transfer you to 100 different people and never sort it out. I ended up buying another tap from wren . Should?ve gone wren instead. I know someone is going to respond to this saying contact customer services, but what?s the point? i already have, and been ignored after being told it would get sorted - it didn?t. I have recommended everyone i know to go wren instead and they have done it there and loved it there as they care about what you actually want and aren?t a money grab. Josey is two faced. She said yes we can do that to everything we wanted done and then had to pay extra, around 10k more than the quoted, which we had to pay because we signed the contract. DO NOT GO HERE, not stress free or fun at all. I haven?t even mentioned the quality issues or the supply and delivery issues. Should?ve checked the reviews. The wickes in a different city was amazing, but this store ain?t.

Checked web site for item, 56 No. Showing in store, wasted journey, staff could not find any.

Efficient haul this morning, greeted bg an excellent team all round. Martin was more than happy to pause something briefly to check on a specific stock item, then gave useful guidance on ordering online . Also a great mention to Nick, more than willing to pick out some specific items, support with board cutting and demonstrate a genuinely friendly service. Great team here!

Wanna start by saying the 3 star doesn?t reflect on the quality or overall view on the shop itself, but just one member of staff whom happens to have now on a couple occasions made my and my partners time in the shop very uncomfortable.
The first encounter was being made to feel stupid at check out, behind asked for a order number, proceeding to give the order number, and then being told ?that?s a funny surname? implying that he never asked for an order number. Then after making a couple sly/snaggy comments towards me (joke or not the whole attitude and tone with this guy came across extremely rude)
And then our second trip today, having walked in with my partner, we were what appeared to be literally followed from the checkout towards the middle of the shop towards the paint brushes, in where this member of staff proceeded to stand at the end of the isle, not doing anything, but just staring at the both of us, and then as I approached, he began to walk away and mumbled something. I don?t know if what was mumbled was another sly comment or unrelated but given the situation and previous encounter I can only assume the worst. I can also only assume that this behaviour we receive from this gentlemen is purely on the basis of that me and my partner are in our early 20s, and it?s an ageist thing. The sarky comments and the standing and very obviously staring and me and partner has made us feel incredibly uncomfortable, and me especially very angry, with the only reason for my not saying anything is due to the fact I don?t want to cause a scene and risk being banned from the store, as I use it very regularly (my job being a full time carpenter/joiner) I will continue to use the store, however if this happens again, I will not just be walking away and shrugging it off. I will also be getting the males name the next time I am in there only details I can give is he?s and older bloke, late 50s early 60s with short grey hair.
I?m not one to do this, and potentially effect someone?s working life, but walking out the store today I was absolutely livid, and if I wasn?t going to cause a scene there then leaving this review is the least I can do.

Delivered to this store by truck great staff forklift truck driver quick safe unload kept me safe good place to deliver too

I ordered a lot of sand and cement and some tools to do a DIY paving project and I took days off from work for delivery and to do the project. Although I was disappointed when the day for delivery had to change to a week later, I then spoke to Bilal (Bil) who said it might have to move again to the following week, I explained I had taken days off for this and he amazingly pulled some strings to get over half the load delivered the next day so I at least could get the project started. He went that extra mile to troubleshoot on my behalf and I really appreciated his effort. Thank you Bilal and to the delivery driver!
