Awesome little book store, well worth a look

Yesterday I popped in to look for 2 books I had been recommended online. Unfortunately they were not in store but could be ordered. In the meantime a fabulous lady recommended me a number of books based on what i was looking for. She was so passionate and enthusiastic it was great. I picked two from her offerings. At the till another staff member told me about another book he had read and thought was brilliant and scary called Bonehead. Again the passion for books and helping me was radiating from him. I managed to buy three new books and I'm excited to say Bonehead has already got me hooked! What a wonderful way to be treated. Personal service at its best. I will be back. Absolutely wonderful service. Thank you.

Could spend my life in here! So many books, on so many topics, in so many categories. And the layout is good, in the sense that people flow. I've been to a lot of other bookstores where you sometimes can't even move if there's a couple of people in a section. The staff I spoke with whilst looking for a specific book were also very pleasant and helpful.

Nice cosy bookstore with a decent layout, also had a nice selection of board games to complement the books in there.
Pleasant staff and a decent amount of offers - this was on the run-up to Christmas though so your mileage may vary.

I?m a big fan of this bookstore and remember the previous locations in the city. The first was on the corner of Hanover Buildings and Vincent?s Walk and the second was where Barclays Bank is.
Now, it?s in the West Quay shopping centre, where all the other large businesses are.
It?s still a large store with all the books and mini gadget and toys for children.
Easy access and a lift between floors for wheelchair users. A small cafe for a quick drink and staff are helpful and friendly.
There?s all the latest books on sale and many more in the different categories to choose from.
Probably the best known bookstore on the High Street and worthy of my star rating.
