Popped into Warhammer Southampton today and had an absolutely brilliant experience. The staff were not only incredibly welcoming but also really knew their stuff. You can tell straight away they?re genuinely passionate about the hobby?and that energy makes a huge difference.
Whether you?re new to the grim darkness of the far future or a long-time collector of skulls and miniatures, the team were approachable, helpful, and eager to talk all things Warhammer. I had a few questions about paints and they took the time to explain things clearly without any rush or sales pressure.
The shop itself is well laid out, clean, and stocked with everything you could need?from Space Marines to squigs and everything in between. There was even a great little table set up for demos and painting which added to the friendly, community vibe.
Highly recommend stopping by if you?re in the area?whether you?re there to pick up your next unit or just to soak in the atmosphere, it?s a top-tier store run by people who clearly love the hobby.

Simply wow. Just like many other warhammer shops i have gone into the team here have passion for what they sell and they happily give you painting tips and great advice. These guys know their stuff and were more than happy to spend some time giving me advice and even showing some paint techniques to make painting easy but have a finished product that looks amazing. Hats off to Chris who was amazing.

A great store with friendly staff, lessons available for painting or just learning the game, very beginner friendly, awesome atmosphere with current, new and old players all mingling and staff are very honest and make sure you're not screwed over on your purchases. Also free schemes to help you get your collection started, if you do a painting tutorial you get a free figure to take home. I could go on and on about this place. Please visit and keep this place thriving.

Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Not my thing since I can't paint, but always go with my husband. Really good selection and I like how they offer a model you can paint there to begin your adventures.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Went in this afternoon to be completely ignored by the shop assistants who had clearly invited their friends into the shop for a chat. We usually recieve a welcome and have a chat with Warhammer shop employees but this one is clearly run by people with no interest in Warhammer as they were complaining to their friends about how boring it is to work there. Safe to say, we won't be returning.

This place is amazing for the die-hard fan and those new to the hobby. The store is solely consisting of the Games Workshop branded miniatures and painting supplies and it all wonderfully organized and displayed. The staff have been extremely helpful and knowledgeable each time we've been and they even offer a free painting session in-store for your first mini. Will be back many times!

Bought a more than few novels here throughout the years. Always like visiting the store and look around when passing by. Recently got into painting and the team has been absolutely incredible with explaining things I'll need and set up etc. Thanks a bunch guys :)

I came into the store over a month ago and have being going a couple times a week for help with painting and learning to play the game the staff (Rod,Sam,Pete and Toby) are amazing they always make me feel welcome even if it's a phone call to book an appointment they deserve a award or raise I highly recommend to anyone wanting to start warhammer this is the place to start 5 star ? -Shaun P.S ultramarine are the best chapter ?

Decided to spontaneously relive the past and venture into a Warhammer shop at the age of 35.... Luckily a fine man named Sam guided me back to the tracks and gave me a lesson in painting models. Really appreciate the knowledge and patience Sam has.
