Awful experience at Vodafone in West Quay during the week. I was treated poorly a year back, but I thought I?d give them the benefit of the doubt and try again. We simply popped in to sort a change to SIM only from my wife?s completed contract.Firstly, we were the only customers in the shop, and still had to wait 10 mins for the sales advisors to stop talking and bother to ask if we needed help.I explained that all we needed to know was the cheapest SIM only deal for existing Vodafone customers. From the moment we were sat down, the sales advisor (I forget his name frustratingly), couldn?t have come across less interested. Sounding sarky and like he couldn?t be bothered.While taking details, he looked over our shoulders, suddenly said ?it just needs to load for two minutes? and proceeded to walk off and chat to his mate that had just come in. When he eventually came back, he then started talking loudly to his colleague across the room, only asking us for more information when he needed it and nothing else.Finally, he asked what amount of monthly data we needed. I said 30GB should be fine, he then proceeded to tell me I was wrong and that my wife uses over 150GB a month currently and she?d have to pay more. We know this was a blatant lie as we track how much she uses every month (around 12GB), so he was trying to charge us more for no reason.He then told me the best price was £36 a month. Again, I know this is wrong as I?ve seen the deals online for half of that. I said we?d think about it, and he then said the real best price was £32. We got up and left.Went over the way to O2, had a very pleasant experience, and ended up with a deal with everything she needed for less than half of the above, all in good time.I don?t normally leave bad reviews, but these guys are shocking, and the experience truly deserved it. Have a word Vodafone. ??

Shocking customer service, staff were not interested in helping without the customer guiding them to do so, felt like a struggle to get anywhere.

Huge thanks to Bogdan (sorry if the spelling is wrong!) Who helped my boyfriend and I swap over our 4G dongle for the hub after we ordered the wrong item.He was very helpful, friendly and very pleasant and knowledgeable, really great service!!!

Store team in Southampton was very unprofessional, i just wanted buy a new phone but they clearly showed not interested on explain properly to me the payment or the upgrade contract plan .I bought a Samsung s23 ultra in a different shop!!

terrible mobile operator, terrible service. you have to wait in line for a long time, but it's nothing compared to what you'll get: they'll yell at you, offer you an extortionate contract, connect the wrong number you asked for (so that you can solve it yourself for a few more hours in the support chat). and then the operator will decide that he will shoot 8 pounds more in a month, without asking you about it. do you want to close your number? they will not tell you how, then they will send a fine.

Very kind, helpful and professional personnel. I visited this store a few years ago because I had bought a mobile broadband and needed some help. They helped me and the broadband was excellent. I visited this store again as I needed to top up. They provided me with an outstanding service again.

Excellent customer service saw Kev (dad of 3) very patient and friendly with loads of useful advice. Had to return for my iPhone 13 saw Vaz another great Assistant thank you so much even on busy stressful days they are the best and highly recommend. My thanks to you both and the other assistants who were also polite while I waited for Vaz. I am now retired but have worked within customer services for 2 banks so I know all about good customer service. ?
