The shop is a mess and dirty. Clothing is bad quality and wrong sizing, all looks cheap and incredibly overpriced! Some of the stuff look second hand.
Clothes were much nicer until about 5 years ago. Shein seems better quality than this.

Usually the staff are all really lovely but today 3/8/24 there was an extremely rude girl in charge of the fitting rooms. She looked very pink in the face so may have been stressed, however no excuse for rudeness.
My daughter, aged 13, was shouted at for touching a dress on a rail in front of lots of other people, she was close to tears and very embarrassed! She wouldn't let me go back to have a word after. She just wanted to leave the shop.
The staff member in question needs to think about how she would feel if that happened to her!!!

Really helpful and friendly staff, especially Ryan. Click and Collect worked really well and was very quick. This store could teach some of the older shops what good customer service looks like.

I can?t even sit in the changing room with my daughter. I had to stand outside like a criminal. Never had an experience like it. Value your customers or you will lose them. Poor show.

Okay, like the clothes but usually requires sizing up. Sales were on so store was quite messy/ clothes are everywhere (as with all sale items in every store). Long queues for fitting room and checkout. Despite being on sale, lots of clothes still very expensive, e.g. small top £15-25. Like the style but overpriced considering quality isn't great
