Ive been with tsb for the past 5 years, absolutely no advantages of using their services, in addition whenever i have a problem with my card etc, they are never able to help and solve it, apparently it looks fine in the system and im just being sent off home with no solution. Also some of the staff in this branch seem rude and unprofessional, obviously cannot blame it on all off them because some of them are lovely people, but e.g. young lady i faced today seemed sarcastic, do not recommend

Walked in without an appointment and Kristina Kleiner was fantastic! I have been seeing her for the past 2 yeaes and can't thank her enough for her outstanding customer service. Sorted my finances out quickly and efficiently. Amazing service

Suddenly you can't withdraw (transfer) money from your savings account. You have to go to the branch. What's the point in all that online banking

This branch is absolutely a joke, in this branch one old lady is working only and very slow. If you need £1000 you need to wait at least 2 hours. Very bad experience and thinking to change my bank

Cant believe how difficult TSB make it to help. Made an internal transfer, they cant find it, I have to call in a branch (of which there are few) and have the branch call TSB office etc etc . WHY! Cant wait to move bank.

Worst bank ever, can't access accounts can't get cash out, cant use cards payments being declined even though there is money in my accoubt been down since last night no change now 12.17

Waiting time to be served is ridiculous. More branches to be closed I'm really thinking about moving my account somewhere else.

Lovely staff, Roxana was super patient and helpful when I went in to open an account for my new baby, despite baby being quite fussy and things taking a bit longer than normal due to this.

Its my 6th year with TSB and I cant find enough words of praise for this bank. Staff is always professional and nice, and always provided good explanations and support. Once again i could swiftly change my address and get proff for new surgery and workplace, as well as from last 2 years I get great advices about my future investments. Hands down the best bank I ever used.

Gave account and card, then 2 weeks later closed it, would not tell me why? ..... computerter says no.... it was only a current account no credit asked for
