“We have just returned from an amazing holiday in Thailand organised by Ewa James for us. We had 5 days in Phuket, 2 days at Elephant Hills and 5 days in Khao Lak. It was a perfect mixture of exploring and new experiences and being able to relax. Ewa provided great information before we went and also sorted out an issue we had while we were away. We would definitely recommend her.”

“Fantastic!!!My wife and I recently booked a cruise (our first) and we weren’t sure of the ins and outs of it all.The team at Fred Olsens were so helpful when booking it for us, getting us the ideal cabin on recommendations from their past experiences. And it paid off!Left to our own devises, we would have booked a cabin in what turned out to be very noisy parts of the ship, however we had a lovely position in a quiet corner with fantastic access to the rest of the ship.The team were so helpful, it was a real pleasure dealing with them.We now know it’s a relatively easy process booking a cruise from home but we will return to the shop in Hythe to make any future booking because the service was unbeatable.NOTE, It didn’t cost a penny more booking it through the travel agent compared to booking it online at home. I was surprised. I guess the travel agents will recover their money from the cruise company themselves.Support local businesses on the high street or they will disappear.”

“absolutely shocking service by Amy!! booked the wrong year for a holiday this year. then sent a 19 year old single mum and her baby to a place where she is on a floor with no lift! no balcony as specifically requested and the pool is NOT the one she showed them on booking, it is not suitable at all! there is never a manager available to rectify any problems either. it is terrible service, not once but twice messed up holidays in a 6 month period ! avoid like the plague !!”

Had to book a flight to Cambodia for one of my guys and they came up with the best price and flight times that any airline I could get. I also had to organise a hotel in Southampton for our corporate Christmas function and Shenaz and Michael was straight on the case without me even lifting a finger.
