Very disappointed. Had high hopes...
Looking around at the photos online, lots of people are having nice meals at Tortilla restaurants. Ours was... sludgy. It could have been worse. At least they didn't serve it on compartmentalised TV dinner/prison food trays.
Somehow, they made lukewarm, mediocre food from good ingredients.
Nachos were so salty we couldn't eat them. Cheese sauce was meh. Guacamole was meh.
The Coca Cola (from a can) was the best part of the meal.
I can literally do better at home myself and save the money.
We won't be in a rush to go there again.

Never been to tortilla and will definitely avoid from now on. The website looked good, reviews were mostly positive but for the price I shouldn't of bothered. Lots of choices yes, the tacos were hard to eat could of used a box with taco holders in. The nachos were disgusting salty cold and the guacamole was bland
£30 wasted will have to choose more carefully next time

Food is good and fills you up, wide selection even for vegetarians or pescatarians
Price is fairly reasonable and location is easy to access
Vegetarian options: Good selection of vegetarian options, just as tasty

I have ordered from tortilla a few times and the past 3 times I have ordered from the things have been missing from my order all of those times their nacho cheese sauce being one of them. Good food but unreliable to order from.

Amazing food at this place!
Had the delight of being served by Leah, she went above and beyond with my gluten allergy. She got all fresh food and clean utensils and was very knowledgeable on allergens and food in general. Her service was perfect, she was so polite and humorous.
The choice here for gluten free is AMAZING!! You can basically have everything.
Only negative I can state is they were extremely busy and all staff were working very hard, they seemed understaffed and stressed as they were non stop serving.

Servers (mine was leah) manage to combine being both incredibly friendly and efficient. Portion size is fantastic while tasting fresh so best of both worlds. Fast and fresh food with good sauce options and the vegan option tastes fantastic to the point I order either beef or vegan.

First time eating at tortillas, and the food was absolutely banging. Deffo be coming back.
We got served by Kieran who made our time at tortillas amazing. Easy to chat to, has a willing smiling personality.

First time eating both a burrito and eating at Tortilla. The service outstanding, the food outstanding and the experience outstanding. The gent who served us Kieran, couldn't be more helpful with both advice and service! Would definitely recommend and will be eating here again soon!

I have never felt physically sick from eating food until I tried the nachos from this place. I didn't think it was possible to ruin nachos, but they managed to do it!
The dish was overwhelmingly salty. I paid about £8 or £9 and, being very hungry, ate about two-thirds of it. Initially, I noticed the guacamole was overly salty, but I soon realised the tortilla chips themselves were excessively salted, making the entire dish unbearable.
After eating, I felt extremely ill. Despite drinking water and trying to rest, I had to cut my shopping day short. Even four hours later, I'm still feeling unwell. I love Mexican food, but I'll never eat here again!
