I am doing a number of projects at the moment. I am learning as I go and Robbie is especially helpful, giving me tips and finding products that I don't know the name of. All the staff are kind and helpful and very efficient. If there is something I need that isn't in stock the staff will all tell me where the nearest branch is that has stock or I can order online and collect next day. I don't think I would have been able to do everything without the team here helping me!

Rude and ignorant staff. Jay (or whatever his name is), thinks it’s ok to lean all over the counter and curse… apparently he’s only paid £10 an hour so it’s not worth his time dealing with a customer complaint. His colleagues are no better… they think it’s acceptable to stand around and laugh. Obviously my fault for not knowing what the 02 meant at the beginning of a code sent to me to say my order was ready. Awful. No stars
