My daughter had her 40th birthday party here,and we can't thank you enough for everything you,did to help make her day thank you.
As we had a buffet i can't comment on anything else, but there were certainly a lot of happy customers around and the food i saw looked really, will definitely recommend and come back.

Fantastic and friendly experience this evening. The steak and ale pie was fab. Staff were fab. Its made my visit to peppa pig a lot easier.

Bar staff replaced my whole pint when I made them away of a crack in my glass, even after I?d drunk half of it by the time I noticed - they really didn?t have to!
It just gets very busy, understandably so.

Stopped in coming off the cruise. Staff were lovely, food was good home cooked and very tasty. Portions are big. We couldn't eat dessert .lol thankyou

Tap water tasted of sewage and also smelt of sewage. It reaked! However the food was lovely

Just been in with my family as we were looking for somewhere to eat. The food was delicious and the service was really good from the waiter that looked after us. Highly recommend the beef ale pie, best iv had in a long time. If your after a nice pub with good atmosphere this is the pub to come too.

The staff was excellent the hotel was nice
The location was nice
right next to the bus stopped, going into town
The food is the reason why they lost all the stars. I am lactose intolerant.
And a lot of the food I could not eat
