Really friendly staff, one member helped my wife colour match a foundation, she was kind and knew her stuff. Another staff member helped us get an eye cream, we felt she really listened to our needs and got the right product for us.

Lots of choice. Picked up some small size items to try out and stocking fillers at a good price and offer. Try Me containers by items so you can smell them and rub on skin etc. not a huge store but lovely friendly helpful staff.

Had amazing customer service delivered by a friendly, knowledgeable young assistant by the name of Jack. I visited on evening of 25 August 2023, close to closing time, and needed a lot of time and patience explaining the products, and I left feeling excited about my purchases. I have had the worst experience of my lifetime in this particular shop! The ladies work here scammed me 300 pounds of product, later refused to take the product return and i had to call the central customer service!

I hade an amazing time. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Holly B was so friendly and helpful without her help I would?ve of left the store empty handed.
