Lovely staff, fairly quiet. Though the prices and food share absolutely no correlation. It?s very expensive for what?s essentially a pub grub menu and the portions are aren?t generous. You?d therefore expect the food to be of reasonably high quality but I think even a spoons consistently serves better quality food. Would not recommend.

Since when did it cost £90 for 2 people to eat at TGIs. I only had a coke!! Food was ok, service was so slow but friendly but the prices...seriously???

Coubicals we're small. (it's cramped if you're not a slim jim.)
Service wasn't great as they got the order wrong and missed things off the order, so we couldn't even all eat at the same time.
And then, at the end, was handed a big FAT bill.
It would have been cheaper and better to have gone to five guys, and that place isn't cheap!
Definitely won't be back, and I wouldn't recommend it

We recently ate here and I was a bit godsmacked by the bill. It was £75 for 2 people using a discount code. We only had a starter and main each, plus a side between us and a cocktail each. Without discount it would have been £100. We ate at the Bellagio in Vegas a few months ago and it cost the exact same. Except I was somewhere very premium. Central Southampton is far from premium. Also the mac and cheese was really bland? Food otherwise fine but nothing spectacular. Staff were initially slow but otherwise lovely and friendly.

Our visit this time was absolutely spot on our servers couldnt do enough for us. It was my granddaughters 10th birthday we were sat by the door nd was getting a bit cold so they moved us all 11 of us to the other section banners nd balloons aswell very prompt with drinks nd food orders got every right all was hot nd tasty great evening had well done. We've had many problems before on birthday occasions where drinks wrong food wrong or cold then staff attitudes dec's nd balloons not put up then candles forgotten that were brought in absolutely spoilt everytime with had me in tears as was 13th 16th 18th anniversary celebrations so can't get the moment back. But could fault the eve??? dave and another guy with a beard
Dietary restrictions: With 3 sen kids 2 r sensory with foods but we're catered for perfectly ?
Parking: Take ticket stub indoors to the restaurant to get £1.50 back refund
Kid-friendliness: Some what can be depending what time of the day/evening u visit ours was at 6pm nd was starting to fill up when we were done people in nd out
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes there is nd toilets facilities
