Huge queues at the tills because people rightly refuse to serve themselves on self checkouts. Savings passed on entirely to shareholders it seems as the prices are ridiculous. Lidl in Hythe is far better.

It's much better since they tarted the place up a few months ago - no doubt they feel the competition from Lidls in Hythe! But what a pity they cannot arrange for someone to water the plants during this hot weather. Most were dead or dying when I visited today.

Hopeless conversion of cashiers conveyer tills to self service tills. Totally unpractical and caused long waits. No way of giving feedback either inshore or online!!!! Come on Tescos be open to constructive criticism.

Click and collect is a joke. Two conflicting systems - scan a qr or tesco app 'I am here'. I used both but got told by staff to use just the tesco one as both causes confusion. Next i just use tesco app one - i was waiting for a while - nothing - i then watched two others use the qr system and get served first. When i asked why got told not to use tesco app but qr code one. Just have one system and one answer for your staff to give! (Note I don't blame staff but confusing double system!)

Customer service desk queue was all the way down to the toilets, two people serving one woman one of which was just stood there twiddling her thumbs. We were waiting at least 15 minutes to be served and when I was eventually served the staff member didn't talk to me just picked up a phone call! Rude and rubbish customer service. Very disappointed

As a regular shopper here the store is generally fine but they have changed the recipe on their in store Tesco wholemeal bread. It tastes truly awful and has that "taste" of commercial sliced wholemeal. Have mentioned it to a Manager but still tastes "disgusting" and only OK for toasting.

Poor staff. Not allowing me to purchase calpol for my child because my parents in front of me had already purchased a pack of paracetamol. Seperate orders, seperate households. My child?s Ill and now I have to go elsewhere
