Went shopping there with my young son this afternoon. The security guard likes to loiter and stare accusingly when you're using the self service till. If you treat all your customers like thieving criminals simply as they're attempting to do your job for you then maybe I'll shop somewhere else. The security guard was practically in our personal space, it was very uncomfortable and rude. We were buying a small amount of groceries not the crown jewels! I made sure we got a receipt and felt like waving it in his face on the way out! I didn't as unlike your hired heavies, I know how to behave properly around people.

Disgusted about manager this evening as she tried to scan my son toy plush because she thought is from the shop as I told her 2 times is his from home, second time took it from his hand which resulted my son mentally and emotionally abused . Shame on you as you should check the CCTV before hurting a child.

The usual Tesco Express shop, lots of groceries, dairy etc on sale.Top of Thornhill Pk Rd which can be a little difficult to get out. A few spaces inc a Disabled Bay at the front and about 6 spaces down the side.2 self serve tills which always say Card Only which is a pain as sometimes there is no one in the tills & you have to call out to a staff member.

Worst service I?ve received in my life little blonde woman ID me for a red bull when I?m covered in tattoos probably older then her, literally a doorman by job joke shop lol also has to wait 20 minutes for anyone to even serve lmao

Terrible service by James! I think he needs some training in Customer service or maybe he was unhappy that he was working on Easter Sunday - I'll be telling all my family and freinds to stop going there!!!!!I ended up going to Co-op on Hinkler Rd to get the rest of my stuff rather than spend my money in Tesco - 10 times better service and at least they speak to you

They close for some time whenever they want. In the morning around 7:30-40ish on delivery. This is their new idea. Normally it was opened. They also like to close 5:30ish PM. Recently even without giving a reason. Closed. That's it. Busy hours? We don't work. Tesco-Joke.

Some staff are lovely however the majority are rude and don?t even smile or talk, just tend to look at you funny as if it?s a massive inconvenience to ask for a packet of cigarettes. This sadly isn?t a one off either as it happens regularly! Parking isn?t ideal but that isn?t the stores fault, but the miserable staff is!
You may wish to ask the younger men to take some more training in customer services as it?s not just myself who?s experienced the same issues lately and it isn?t the customers fault if they don?t like their jobs.

The best service I?ve ever received in a Tesco thank you! I?ve just been served by Molly, the store was incredibly busy with all the staff under a lot of pressure but they were really nice kind and really helped me even thought what I asked for took a really long time to help me with. I?m really grateful thank you Molly! And the other staff.
