Come in to the shop im already feel like invisible, all the staff just carry on working ignore the customers sorounded.
The atmosphere was very quite and miserable, I ask to one colleague about the meal deal if the Costa coffee included , he have no clue and ask another colleague.
And when I ask for regular cup that what included on the deal ,and he said just use the large cup when I process the Costa machine is was no milk in it and he just despairs lol didn't want to deal with the customers.

GOING MASSIVELY DOWNHILL.
Ive been a frequent customer since it opened. And thought a few crappy experiences may have just been off days.
However, today i walked by a shelf of Molding, fly infested Cherry Tomatoes on the shelf! No attempt to remove them, because there's zero attention to Best Before dates or perishing items apparently.
Majority of staff are Lazy and Rude, ask a question and you get grunted at before they just walk away.
Security with no teeth couldn't run a tap let alone after someone stealing stuff.
Seems to be a complete lack of management and order.
Used to be a nice experience coming in here but looks like a couple of key members of staff have moved on, and now it's just run by a few kids. Always on their phones or incapable of basic politeness. ?

I have given this Store 5 staff has the chap who was there was working is socks off on a Sunday Morning to serve everyone also the biggest problem he had was no Till Rolls to produce a receipt because I needed a 02 top up but we'll done to him for working very hard and was most helpful thank you

Strange how when the evri machine is down or there's no room in the back to take parcels or you need to go on self checkout because no one is on the till (yet to hear how I can do that for tobacco, do you want me behind the counter?) it's the same staff on.

Never have anything in stock. Bakery always empty in the mornings, rarely have more than one veg that you need in stock. Pretty limited selection compared to coop down the road and parking is a nightmare. Pass it every day but given up going into this store.

Hi, I am a young person who is living in the area and I was quite surprised of the attitude that stemmed from the staff. I was told that what I was wearing was inappropriate (baggy trousers and a cropped fitted top - no cleavage even!) when I asked why, I was told it was unhygienic wearing my bra (it wasn?t my bra) and that I wouldn?t be allowed in next time. I think this is honestly unacceptable that staff or anyone thinks they have the right to comment on another in such a derogatory way. I was clean and showered this morning, with clothes I had bought yesterday to go out in tonight for a bbq. I am appalled. There is nothing on the Tesco website that supports what they were saying. Correct me if I am wrong
