Dirty store!!!
The Costa coffee machine had rubbish strewn around it, no sugars, nothing has been topped up!
Next visit was to the breakfast pastry bit and compartment is full of fruit flies!!!!
What an absolute disappointment.

Shelves are always empty and out of stock for days and days. Poor choice of stock too all brand name hardly any of Tesco's own items making it even more expensive. Security guard is always very intimidating for no reason and stares you down as an anxious person this is incredibly off putting. Staff when they eventually do restock shelves are rude as hell and will willfully block you in the aisle. All in all an uncomfortable shopping experience.

A convenient local store with a good range of products, maybe slightly more expensive but I don't mind that as it's so convenient.
The reason I have only given 3 stars is I just wish it was easier to get around, the aisles are very narrow, and more often than not there are several staff unloading cages of produce, so it is impossible to get to the shelf you need, and they do not give way to you, even when they can see you are struggling. Quite often I find the shelf I need but I can't get to the produce because a member of staff has left a cage standing in front of the shelf.
There is usually a queue at the 2 tills, where normally only one is manned, the self scans are good but only for a very small shop. If you have a basket full of shopping don't bother with the self scanners as there is no space to put your items once you have scanned them.
One other thing, I usually bring my own bags, but on a couple of occasions when I haven't been able to, it has been really difficult to get a carrier bag. The bags have not been put out for self scanners to access, and you have to get the attention of the only member of staff who is busy serving on the tills, so that you can request a bag - in the meantime the self scan is having a melt down because it thinks you have left your shopping without paying for it!
Please address some of these issues Tesco manager because at the moment, although the store may be convenient, it is not a very pleasant place to shop.

Lazy staff, closing the store 15 mins before closing time, not just closing, they are all outside the store and going home a good 15 mins (or maybe more) before closing time! I'm sure you're not meant to be doing so and it will be reported.

Really rude shelf stacking staff in store this morning. Barging in front of customers without any apology. Two older women who should know better
