Dear Tesco,
I am writing to raise concerns about the declining service at your London Road store.
Unequal ID Checks: When I collected a parcel, a lady with an Indian accent checked my ID twice, but I noticed that when Indian customers collected parcels, their IDs were not checked at all. This seems unfair and inconsistent.
Blocked Aisles by Staff: Staff often block the aisles, making it difficult for customers to shop. On one occasion, a lady restocking shelves stood chatting with another staff member in the middle of the aisle, making me wait for over a minute to pass.
Please look into these issues and improve the service at this store.

Met with the most enthusiastic energy and lady named Donna greeted me and my toddler and offered us some free chocolates to welcome us to the new store. Highly recommend this Tesco for fast and feeindly customer service

Shop is fine but security guard is USELESS. just stands outside talking to people mainly woman, whole shop could get robbed and I don?t think he?d even notice.i shop here often and he never seems like he?s productively guarding the store. Plus he is homophobic.Tesco your wasting your money paying him.

A shop a stone's throw from home, really well stocked, friendly and helpful staff. A very busy place, lots of parking in front of the shop, an ATM. A mix of different people - a mix of stressful situations - handled very well by the security. Rishi - the right man in the right place.

Shop itself is great, go here every week. The security guard though isn't very great. First of all, I never see him do anything other than talk with friends or sit on the sandwiches. Today, I went in with stuff I already had in a Tesco carrier bag and he told me that I had to leave it at the front, I stayed with it as my partner did the shopping as I don't really trust him to keep an eye on it. I then noticed that his SIA badge was facing the wrong way, I pointed this out (as an SIA holder myself, I know that it's meant to be on show) he then showed me a Google search from an unofficial website saying that he's allowed to hide his identity which the .gov website says that it should be on display at all times. He was also very rude. Highly recommend Tesco having a word with him to make sure he is being polite and professional.

This Tesco is the closest location to us that does Evri drop off/collection. Every time I?ve been in recently, either the evri machine has been out of order, or it?s been working, but after using it to print and affix the labels to the packages, the person behind the till says ?sorry, we?re not taking any parcels today?, and offers no further explanation.
It?s very annoying as it?s the only reason why I do any shopping in this Tesco, because I should be able to drop some parcels off at the same time. If you?re not able to offer a service consistently, then stop offering it.

Sunday morning i tried left parcelfor return to amzon but a female staff refused me with annoying face.I just visited for return my parcel but femal staff wanted fight with me i thought.She was talking loudly and angrily. She didn't have ears to hear me.She said driver will do not collect my big parcel. Driver always deliver very large item. My one is 70cmx 17cm box. It doesnt make sence

Would give 0 stars if I could. Security is rude and when told they were giving me a panic attack decided to start laughing. What was worse was the other including who looked like the manager.
