Had to call 111 in regards to medicine with my little girl, the main phone number didn't even connect and ring and the number you call following Tescos own contact number was blatantly ignored. If 111 see your business fit to take medical emergencies then you should be prepared to prioritize and actually have staff available to answer your phone

They didn't want to sell the teething medicine for my baby (it was behind them on the shelf) just because they didn't like how I look like. AVOID!!!! Don't waste your time as the pharmacist may just judge you and not sell you what you need.

JOKE! went in last week to be told systems were down so they couldn?t print to issue the scrips.
Go back this week but made sure I called the day before to make sure my script was in and ready. Was asked name dob and the lady named my script and said yes it?s ready to be picked up. Get there tonight to be told it hasn?t even been sent to them!!! Then came back and said can?t even see it on system as being issues but I could see it! Then told was sent to another pharmacy but how could it be at a different pharmacy when it was here last week and yesterday as the lady named my script and said it was here and ready to be picked up!! Now I have to go back to my gp and re request a script I should have. Something tells me they?re stealing scrips as it wouldn?t just vanish then all different excuses ! Not to add over 15 people furious as all waiting over an hour! I had been there 50 minutes!!! Supposedly looking for my script and giving me a total of 5 excuses! Two lots of travel and still without my script ! Won?t be using them again. Staff behind the desk useless. Telling everyone to wait while they do the script then the people who have been waiting ages waiting even longer because the people they tell we will just sort it now and give them theirs while the people they told first still waiting!
This pharmacy should be ashamed of themselves!!

Phoned at 1.17pm regarding a prescription and was told there was tons in stock and to come before 7.30pm. I work nights so came at about 7pm to a massive queue. I was told they had none in stock and then the staff member managing prescriptions was very rude and told me how I came too late etc etc. I?ve used tons of pharmacy services country wide and have never had such poor service. I will be making a formal complaint also

Waited 10mins or so to speak to pharmacist, who didn?t even look at me during the 2 minute conversation to then offer me no advice as didn?t even listen to my problem. What a waste of my time.

I recently asked my surgery to send my prescription to Bursledon pharmacy. I was in considerable pain and discomfort from a kidney infection, and was eager to start the medication, (especially as the Dr should have sent the script the evening before but hadn?t signed it off). The surgery then sent it to the wrong pharmacy, which would have meant an even longer wait for me to get it, but thankfully Gill rang the other pharmacy, and asked them to release it so she could dispense it for me. I have always found the pharmacy staff to be helpful and knowledgeable, and I really appreciate them going the extra mile to get my medication sorted and dispensed.

Sandra's an absolute misery! A colleague of hers asked a question about one of the tills not working and she was so rude to her! I just couldn't believe it...if it was not for the long que at customer services I would of mentioned this in store.
