I called this store on Saturday 29 March 2025 on two separate occasions and spoke with a lady named Kate. She assisted me brilliantly and helped reserve some small items for me for a birthday gift. Really friendly and great attitude. Very happy with the service.

Not a fan. Came in yesterday (Saturday) and the girl at the counter was miserable. I tried to return an elf camo concealer as I bought the wrong type and the manager (who was nice and deserved the extra star) said that the concealer had already been opened (which it absolutely hadn?t). My fault for leaving it with them when I went to get my replacement. Wouldn?t go again

Beauty therapist sonia did such a good job again because I'm her regular customer Eveeytime she does a kind of miracle to my face . I leave the store so satisfying. I would definitely recommend her . I got the toothpaste I wanted here, but I had to register as a member to get the best price. It's a reasonable sized store though with a good range of products.

Usually my experience with this superdrug is okay. Today I came into the shop and the shop assistant at the door didn't say hi when I walked in. As i was browsing, I noticed she said goodbye to other customers when they left(all of whom were Caucasian). After I paid for my items and was ready to leave, I could see the same shop assistant straight up staring at me. I wasn't sure if she was staring at me because of my race. She continued to stare at me until I left the shop and didn't say goodbye like she did with the other customers. The whole ordeal was awkward and uncomfortable.
