Staff too busy on their phones than actually working. When I went to the till the member of staff carried on texting without looking up at me. Another member of staff was talking loudly on her phone while stacking shelves not bothered that everyone could hear her. I waited for the pharmacy to open after lunch and they were 10 minutes late opening then were extremely rude when the customer behind me asked if they were going to open. I will not be returning.

My first experience of Superdrugs pharmacy in Woolston. Absolutely amazing, I spoke to Tracey about my prescription and she went above and beyond to help me out. Thanks for your fabulous service.

Old man doing prescriptions. I ask how long could it be his reply shouting there lots of people waiting which mad everyone look at me. No there were not loads of people waiting as I have waited 30min to hour some times I could of come back. So waited then in 5 min they were done. Just one rude bloke then shout at me when got to exit of shop load to make a point buy. Well if you don't like your job and by looks of it can't handle it leave you look Retirement age. I found you aggressive to women and made me feel timadated. I have use superdugs for years. But now moving to a different pharmacy as dont wish feel unsafe to a man who don't know how treat women. Feel sorry for those ladies working with him.

Told to collect prescription at 2pm, rude staff told me they're on dinner break until 3pm. Return at 3pm massive queue and prescription still not ready and a 20 minute wait. AVOID!!!

Excellent staff, always polite, patient and quick to see patients, all the staff work very hard to make sure everyone is seen to properly, the head pharmacist Emma is always on point, and always working hard, along with the rest of the team, to make sure everyone has a pleasant visit

Very helpful and friendly staff, especially in the pharmacy.
Never had a problem there and medication is always there.
The only downside is the abuse the staff get from customers who have no patience which has an easy solution, the customers that give the abuse to go elsewhere.

Keep up the good work because there are people who appreciate what you do with the pressure you're under ?

This is an amazing pharmacy that has been impacted by the closure of Boots which is affecting the quality and care once easily available and offered to their trusted customers. Their performance is hugely affected by the fact that they have too many prescriptions and in their struggle to cope they have become complacent in covering me with prescriptions that have been sat there waiting but they have been unable to process which has left me with out my medications making me poorly. Good team unable to perform to their best abilities leaving me distressed as they fail and their workload increases further. I'm sure there will be a point where this danger is flagged and they are unable to continue safely and is stopped by the intervention of another source like southampton city Council. Service is vital for people like myself on meds that cause withdrawal and I feel let down by them

Staff are really good but the pharmacy is awful. Was waiting a hour to be told to go to another pharmacy while I had my 1 year old with me. Then my partner told they will be contacted when hers is ready but again no message or call. Don't go there for medication.

Absolutely hopeless pharmacy. Staff are unhelpful and terribly managed meaning they are constantly running behind (and often into one another). They do not dispense items on receiving prescriptions so regardless of how long they have had your prescription you still have to wait 20+ minutes for the slowest pharmacy team in the world to get round to looking at your script. On top of that, the pharmacy closes for an hour in the middle of the day, and this time seems very unpredictable. Prices in the rest of the shop are relatively high. The one good thing is that they are still open in Woolston where Boots closed. I wish it was the other way around.
