I came here for eyebrow shaping and loved the service by Twinkle. She seems to be very professional in her work and was also very nice and friendly towards me and my friend. I hope we will come frequently now.

Have always found this store to be well stocked and well played out (although a little cramped), when I went in today looking to replace a bottle of perfume I ran out of Georgina was incredibly helpful, patient and friendly; answering all questions I had. Thanks ??

incredibly rude staff. Came in today with the intentions of buying a huge order, left with nothing. as soon as we came in, another customer dropped a blusher which shattered on the floor, she walked away. me and my boyfriend were looking at stuff on the other side of the aisle as a male employee came over the clean it up after this customer walked away. he proceeded to raise his voice at us and when i told him it wasn?t us he rolled his eyes as he was cleaning up. i understand that it was annoying but there was no need to direct this anger at us. two female employees that were stood by the door came over to him and proceeded to stare at me and my boyfriend, laughing and talking to each other. once again i told them it wasn?t me, it was the lady that walked away, but all employees continued to be rude to me. so disgusting and the way they were treating us made me uncomfortable, there was no way i was purchasing anything. another female employee came over and stood by us so i put my basket back and left. the rude behaviour was unnecessary and incredibly rude, they continued to stare and roll their eyes as we walked out and i told them that they were rude. will not be shopping here again. according to other reviews, rude staff is a common occurrence.

A staff member @ the till name tag carried the name Stacy . She was extremely polite ,courteous and served customers with a smile on her face . An elderly lady in front of me had her card declined multiple times . She was patient with her as well as kept it very proffesional in handling the other customers in the que. Polite and courteous staff in general .

Judgemental, they kept on following us around the store and accused of stealing one of their products when we were just checking if it was empty or not which is just rude and the two staff which was a brown head male and a blonde female where absolutely horrible and just because it was three children they thought they would steal when they only wanted to see if the box was empty because sometimes they sell empty boxes

The staff are unbelievable here. I should have read the reviews before visiting. The female that served me this evening was incredibly rude and sarcastic and had an exceptionally poor manner. The male colleague was also exceptionally rude and clearly the word thank you is not in his dictionary. Will not be visiting again.

Superdrug store on Above Bar St. to Southampton has a large assortment.. but disappointment in the quality of many products.. for example, I bought cuticle tweezers on my hands and they turned out to be dull and didn?t cut at all.. it?s a shame to waste time and money??..
