I went here last Saturday. I wanted to use my points to have water. And one guy refused to give me on points and said you cannot use points for water bottle points only used for the sandwiches. And he told me very rudely to check terms and conditions. Very bad experience, will never come again.

Took my sub out the oven only halfway through the time. Suffice it to say the chicken was only partially warm and the sub wasn't that nice here. Avoid.

Absolutely awful, in every aspect.Really bad service - firstly on her phone, no greeting, chucked in the oven for a minute if that, I?ve then had to ask for caramelised onions which is what I should?ve gotten as that?s the sandwich I ordered after a dirty look I get a blob of them.Used a 50 % off voucher but still paid £6, luckily because if I had paid full price I would?ve returned it.What a disgrace!I was absolutely starving as I?m pregnant and was so looking forward to eating out as a treat.Should?ve read the reviews here first, surely after all these bad reviews something would be done?!I never write reviews, nor do I complain or return things- let?s see if the birds eat the sandwich as I know my dog wouldn?t.

I visited your subway today morning for breakfast.The girl didn't say absolutely nothing, no hello none.Then she cracked poached egg in her hands put bacon in one corner top up with cheese again in one corner then toasted.Didn't care when I asked to spread along the bread.After toasting she only said " ketchup ye" I said no I like sw sauce then she was ready to wrap the sandwich.I stopped her to add onions but she wasn't happy about it.Then she put amount on card then cancelled saying that she forgot to charge me extra, when I asked for what she refused to say.All along the way I only get " ehh"Honestly this was absolutely disgusting experience.I worked in subway for 7 years as Area manager and I don't get how you guys can accept service like that.

Staff don't know English well enough to even take orders.Only listen to the first sentence and doesn't bother with the other request.I won't be going here again until the staff go to school and learn simple English. Disgraceful service

I came at 16:40 on Sunday, they didn?t serve me and told me they are closed they close at 16:30. But on their system it shows they close at 17:00. And they have very rude behaviour.

Worst subway ive ever seen. A rude cohort of cliquey foreigners who are never at front of house, and when they finally come out - serve you with a snarled look of contempt as they bodge your order and cross contaminate all the ingredients. Sandwich looks like it was thrown together from 3 ft away. Staff rudely slide your order across the counter at you and walk off before youve paid without saying a word. Do not eat here if you have allergies or dietary requirements. Furthermore there is a smashed glass panel with very sharp edges under the till at the height a toddler can easily reach. Lawsuit waiting to happen. 0/5

Very bad service by the Manager yesterday! We asked for our food and he was not happy with the filling we were asking for, and decided to throw the sandwich, and toppings all over the sandwich as we ordered he than stormed off mid way and another member of staff had to take over. When asking the lady Sitajay (I think) for the managers name she kept refusing to give us the name as I wanted to make a complaint. Such bad customer service absolutely appalling staff at this location.
