Everywhere in the shop was absolutely disgusting.
Tables were dirty.
Floors were wet and dangerous
Rude staff.
Had to clean our own table since they aren't able to do their jobs properly.
Disappointed by this Subway.
Unacceptable as wasn't professional and asked to leave if we weren't happy eating at a dirty uncleaned table.
Deserves this 1 star and that's a fact.

Unfortunately asked for double cheese and toasted on my chicken and bacon BBQ sub only to find he's out a load of brie in there ?? Why that's not what I asked for thanks for ruining my dinner we won't bother with woolston again !!

The lady server is not happy to be there and every request gives you disapproval look. She didn't even wait for sub to toast properly so ended up with dry, cold bread. Never again

The staff in here are so lovely. The guy who made my son's sandwich was laughing and joking with him, and it really made him smile.

Ordered cheese bites for my son. Didn't look like cheese bites, so I asked the guy are the definitely cheese bites, and he said yes.They were chilly bites. My son doesn't want to go there again, so we won't be.The bakery over the road is 100 times better anyway.They offered my a cookie as a sorry. ? ?

I used to work in this store and it was bad but since it's been done up it's gotten much better the food is nice and the service is good you get served almost straight away but the staff aren't very chatty the atmosphere is nice

Ordered off deliveroo early in the morning - absolutely best subway we've had.Not simple orders either we had 2 x big custom meals and everything was perfect. Whoever was on shift at 23:00-01:30 you're doing bits. Thank you!

It's a Subway, you can't really say much more about it then that. The owner of this branch is a really nice guy. The guy who mainly works the front, is really friendly and the sandwiches are made the way you would expect. I can't fault them over the years I have been there. The atmosphere down rating is purely from it being a subway aha but it's clean and well a subway.Dietary restrictions: This branch does not do Gluten free as of the 14/03/2024

Ordered two foot-long subs with cheese and toasted via Just Eat - when the subs arrived, they were cold, untoasted, and no cheese on either. Have tried calling the restaurant on two different numbers and neither number works. Very annoyed and will not be ordering from this location again.

Not the greatest Subway - staff always seem a bit rushed and distracted. Always seem to be prioritising Deliveroo orders over customers stood in front of them.Having said that, it's still a Subway so a good option for lunch!

I had travelled to Southampton after an hr drive and decided to stop off for lunch. My husband ordered me a steak and cheese sub, when I opened it up it was all bread and salad with three pieces of meat.Fast forward to our drive home and my stomach began to cramp and that evening ( having nothing else to eat) I had diarrhoea and vomiting with shakes/sweats and shivers. I did this review in the hopes that precautions are made and this doesn?t happen again .
