Went here this morning for a breakfast sub with my wife and our 2 kids (kids eat free) what an issue!! The young lady behind til knew nothing about the deal took 15 mins at least and several phone calls to her manager before she sorted the issue, and that only happened when i said i knew the owner (which i do) mop bucket not stored away, no hair net or hat, no apron was worn either,

The best subway franchise in Southampton. These people know how to make a sandwich.
Making a sandwich isn't hard. But making a really great mouth watering sandwich, that leaves you wanting another 12 inches. That is sandwich skills right there!
Staff welcoming, and friendly. The ingredients are fresh and tasty.
Thank you and keep up the great sandwich skills. Without sandwich experts, we will all just fall apart.

Very rude staff i went to this subway today the staff was talking with me rudely after that i have points on my subway app and i told him to scan it and want to use my points he just said scanner is not working and i told him to show me its not working he speak with me so rudely. Even i know the scanner is working because i was working in subway before. I don?t know why the managing team of this subway and staff is so rude

Speedy, unassuming service.All the options - that you'd expect from Subway - are on offer. Never experienced them running out of ingredients here.Not particularly cheap - but cheaper than some neighbouring stores (think Winchester).Plenty of seating inside - but not exactly a warm atmosphere. Again - a common complaint for many Subways in the UK (they're stuck in a time warp).

Toilet is not just filthy from a day of neglect, it's months of not being cleaned professionally. My problem is, if that's the toilet, what's the food hygiene like? Sorry guys it's a no from me!
