I eat subway for many years, this has to be the smallest portions ever!
Steak and cheese and hash one scoop of meat, this was less than half a scoop! The lady said that's a full scoop, even though I could see her making it??!!!
Although I like subway, I won't go to the Southampton one again

Used to be a great subway, perhaps a new manager as last couple of times very limited staff and prioritising online orders over physical customers coming in for ?fast food?, i recommend visiting another subway in the city instead

Visited 8th June ?24, 11.30am approx. Staff were surly and rude when not completely stoic. Wraps were under filled. Ordered 2 identical chicken and bacon Caesar wraps, one barely had any meat or salad. When asked to add more, they offered to charge for double meat. Toilet was filthy and emitted a rancid stench.
This subway is repulsive, the staff were dreadful, the food was below standard. Go literally anywhere else.
Dietary restrictions: Did not order it but noticed the ?gluten free? offering was open next to regular bread and wraps. Staff reused gloves. Coeliacs need to avoid this place.

From the outside this place looks clean and modern but on the inside it is a tip. There is food all over the floors and table with staff doing nothing about it. The food was dry and gave me food poisoning. Staff here don?t care about customer service and are completely unbothered about their job. Toilets inside are filthy and smell awful. This subway is not a place I suggest for eating at.

Way over priced for a sandwich. Can't even have what you want as one is forced to order from their menu. The poor staff look seriously peeved, who can blame them!

Don't go to this subway as my partner has got food poisoning on the 25th jully 2023 .... and that was from the breakfast sandwich... either there hygiene is bad or there food isn't fresh... they need to be inspected or staff need better training and not put out the same food from day before... never had a issue till the other day they have gone down hill ....

Unfortunately the staff are pure jobsworth. I have been out on my bicycle, the shop was almost empty. Yet the staff decided I couldn't bring my bike into the shop. If I leave it outside then it gets stolen. Thanks subway. Customer service goes along way. Unfortunately your staff have let you down. So anyone else who is looking for something to eat, try the co-op next door

The choice you get is decent but needs more wholegrain loaves. You can pile up the salad to make a good meal. Young staff serving well even when it's customers are gobby chavs. Seating is cheap and looks it.

I made an order today and it was completely wrong we order over 35 pounds worth of food and we didn?t even half of the items we ordered on Uber and am very disappointed that even my sandwich I was made was wrong and my other half has diabetes never ordering again for you and I recommend others don?t either.
