Very good in general but not always as efficient as one would wish, largely due to the poor English of some of the staff (Cleo excluded).

Ordered a taxi at approximately ten to one in the afternoon,was told one not available for fifteen minutes,so said ok,waited and at one thirty called back to see where my taxi was?
Told running late but would be with me soon!
Suggest you call back your customers if you are running late!
Will not be using again!

Unfortunately, they were extremely busy on this occasion (good for them) which meant the taxi wait would have been too long.
That said I did speak with a very polite and helpful operator who recommended and provided a number for an alternative company. We followed her advice and were quite happy with the service we received.
Only rated a 'liked it' this time as we didn't actually use a Streamline car but service received was very good.
I have used Streamline often in the past and won't hesitate to use them again. Driver's are usually polite and smart, cars clean, tidy and well maintained, operators helpful and friendly.
Definitely would recommend this taxi service.

I'm not sure on the name of the man as I never got it but sounded Scottish to me, yes was booked by a social worker but he told me it wasn't on system as I don't think he understood me when I said Staplehurst he thought I said staplehouse will one be out for me at 2.45 as I have the school run to do again

Just got tailgated by one of their taxis, taxi plate 486. Driving right up behind me on marchwood bypass. That's very professional, not. Would ring and complain but most probably nothing will be done. Plus I had 2 kids in car. Totally out-of order. Good job I wasn't on my own, enough said. Muppet.

What a joke? What a disappointment?
I will never recommend this to my enemy let alone to anyone. I had one of the worst experience in my whole entire journey. 1st, i booked my taxi and they say it is going to cost £10. When the taxi drive arrives he started shouting at me saying he has been waiting for more 5 min, i didnt know what to respond so i kept my mouth shut. Once he started driving he asked me which way should he drive and i was like i don't know, but i offered to give the address again if want. However, he said doesn't use smartphone so i have to guide him. The problem is i can read a map, he started yelling at me. anyways to make long store short he charge me £13 i dont know why, when i told him i only agree to paying £10 he called his colleague and his the guy said he told me wrong price.

Booked a taxi to take me home to Milton Keynes from Southampton hospital. great service and the driver (Alan I think his name is) was a lovely chap, nice convos and such a good driver too. Fantastic service. Highly recommended this taxi company ??
