Today, on Valentine's Day, my wife and I went for a couple massage. We left very relaxed and very satisfied. At the entrance, you are greeted with a glass of champagne and a smile from the employees. We highly recommend this place and the massage.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!! Only if I could give them a Zero! booked an appointment last week for a hair cut, when I was on my way to the salon, received a call saying their hairdresser had to leave and I should book it for next week. Booked another one for the following week, so when I called them to confirm the time for the day, they said their hairdresser is on holiday ! I called them again like 17 Times just to talk to someone in charge about this and no one even bothered to pick up and then they put the phone on busy mode !!! Absolutely disgusted with this so called ?salon?, not to mention it is so damn hard to even find this place, they were a couple of ladies last week looking for this place like me and honestly do not even bother !!! Worst service. If I had an option to give no star, would like that as well. It was my birthday and I was very happy to have booked myself a me time for myself with their massage service and haircut. Just because their hair stylist had gone home, they informed that they have to cancel the whole appointment because they did not know how to cancel/refund/reschedule just the hair appointment. It was a huge money that I had paid in advance. Would never suggest anyone to this place.

Amazing experience today at statement hair and beauty - staff were really accommodating and friendly, and had me leaving very happy with the results- I would definitely recommend statement to anyone and I will definitely be back for my next treatments. Thankyou toAll the staff once again :)

Useless. Have emailed and phoned about a refund over the last 4 months where they charged me £90 for lash lift and lamination both of which were dreadful. Neither stuck, and it was for my honeymoon I have used this salon time and time again I will never go back here now and I will be telling anyone and everyone else who thinks of using the salon to look elsewhere, total rip off.

Me and my Mrs got our anti wrinkle treatment done at statement few weeks ago. We are both extremely pleased with the results. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family this will be our aesthetics place to go from now onwards. The practioner is very kind and has eye for detail.
