I had a lovely cup of tea, Gemma and Ash gave me two tea bags for my big cup and offered me milk alternatives. I had a beyond breakfast bap, which I enjoyed though the bread is a bit tough (I personally enjoy the texture but if you order it just be aware!) in a way that's not stale, I think it's a vegan bread or something.
There was a bit of queue, but it only formed because of sudden footfall, nowhere near as bad as some other places. I found a little table and read there.
Vegetarian options: Several wraps, a breakfast bap and toasties. They also had a large selection of pastries when I went (on a Wednesday)

Not very clean and the toilets are hardly ever open. Not the best example of a Starbucks!

The staff was really friendly, which was nice after dealing with some really rude staff at other places in Southampton. The menu was better than in America.

Had a really pathetic bacon bap (stingy on the bacon, the bap was rock hard) and a filled crossaint that had been mangled. Disappointing experience.

The Starbucks cafes in Southampton are the saddest cafes in the city. Staff is unengaged and often rude, drinks quality is mid to bad, wait time is often insane, and let's not forget the corpo reputation is quite bad as of recent.

i ordered a caramel frappucino and it was only milk and there was only abit of sauce on the whipped cream??.I said my name was kamil but the workers put the name as camin.?!?!

Great starbucks, staff are very kind and considerate to everyone there. May be one of the smaller starbucks in town but always has a great atmosphere and well made drinks and food

I love the atmosphere in this cafe, and its location is better than any other Starbucks I?ve been to since it?s right next to the ocean. The staff here are friendly and are amazing people. It?s the best place for me to concentrate on my work.
