I was really disturbed by the attitude of the employees at Starbucks. I haven?t seen such a bad mood in a person before.
I hope you look into this matter because at one point, I felt like their mouths were glued shut, and they couldn?t even manage a smile, even if they tried to fake it!

Hi I would just like to recommend this store as the staff are outstanding and very welcoming. I come here on a daily bases and have got to know all members of staff very well and can say that they are all superb with there hygiene and interaction with customers. The last comment on here (Trevor) I would just like to say is totally horrible and extremely unnecessary. If I could give them more stars I would. best Starbucks I have been to were there staff are very well trained. Thank you all for a friendly welcome and will be coming

I would just like to commemorate this review to one staff member (Lisa).
A few weeks ago I came in, as I have been for 4 years on and off, and noticed Lisa was coughing with her mouth open and then straight into her hand (clearly has a flu), which is fine, however she proceeded to grab a cup to make my drink without washing her hands.
I think thats poor hygiene.
I politely requested someone else make my drink as I dont wish to get unwell and she huffed and said ?god sake it?s ridiculous, we have all been unwell? and stormed off.
Today I come in and she mumbles under her breath and walked away from the till and all the girls proceeded to smirk. All fine. Im a big boy but I am not wrong on this.
If at the grand age of 60 years old you have not learned to wash your hands and keep them clean then truly there is no hope.
Dont hold a grudge because I have called you out on it and then have the cheek to make comments under your breath. Grow up.
You seem a little miserable Lisa, people like to receive their coffee with a friendly hello and positivity, not a grump.
I did notice this isn?t the first review about you and a likely hood it wont be the last.
Nice manager, ok staff, ok coffee but I wont ever return to this store again.
Above bar street which is a 7 minute walk is MUCH better. Highly recommended.

Great cover shop on London Road. Always friendly and helpful staff. Very clean including toilet area.

I had a five cheese toastie and pumpkin spice latte here on 9 September 2024 around noon. My drink was made exactly as requested, the toastie was heated up to the perfect temperature and served properly. The entire team was super nice to me and the other customers too.
Vegetarian options: Cheese & marmite sandwich, Five cheese toastie, Vegan breakfast sandwich, etc

VERY BAD service, today ?6/Aug/Around3:30-4:00? one waiter yelled at me twice and I felt very uncomfortable. I came to this store many times before, and the waiter was a young girl with a good attitude. I was very disappointed today.
